🗓️ Estimated Timeline
You can expect your order to be completed based on the production ETA selected at checkout. Options are Standard, Expedited, and Rush production. Additional fees will apply for Expedited and Rush orders.
Please keep in mind that weekends, holidays, or occasional supply chain delays may affect this timeline. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking
Tracking information is not available during the production window, however once production is completed we may be able to provide a tracking number on request for the package of completed items being shipped to your address.
🏠 Order Pickup
If your order is set for in-person pickup, you won’t receive tracking information. When production is completed, we will send an email to let you know when to collect your order.
In-person pickup is only available at our shop located at 3021 69th Ave West, Ste A, University Place WA 98466 during our normal business hours.
❌ Refunds & Replacements
Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements if the order was fulfilled correctly.
However, if you received the wrong item, damaged goods, or if there’s another issue, please contact us directly and we will discuss options for replacements or returns.
